My offering includes a free 1-hour consultation to ensure we are the right fit and to discuss your goals and vision. You will benefit from 2-3 prenatal visits, where we will map out your birth plan, review labor techniques, and provide a resource list, with visits scheduled at key milestones: 12-29 weeks, 30 weeks, and 36 weeks.

During labor, I'll be by your side from the moment you enter active labor, providing continuous support. I'm prepared to stay with you for up to 48 hours, with a backup doula on call to provide relief so that I am refreshed and ready to support you effectively should labor continue past 72 hours. After birth, I'll remain with you for up to 1 hour to ensure everyone is safe, comfortable, and nursing has begun successfully.

Additionally, I offer lactation support, guiding and assuring you through the initial latch post-birth. I will follow-up with you and baby during the postpartum visit at your home. You will also receive 1-2 postpartum visits, where I'll check in on you and the baby, ensuring you're adjusting well and offering support as needed.
